Applying for settled status after tier 5 visa expires

Hi everyone,
I left England in March 2020 and I'm going to move back in June 2021.
I had been living there for 3 and half years, I have the pre settled status which expires in November 2024.
I wasn’t in the UK before 31/12/2020 so I can’t reapply for the pre-settled status to allow me to complete the “continuous qualifying period” of 5 years required for settled status.

Let's assume that I will be staying in England till my status expires (-from Jun21 to Nov24- length stay of 3 years and 5 months ).Before that my status expires I would apply (from abroad) for the "Temporary Worker - Government Authorised Exchange visa (T5) so that my stay in the UK would be extended for up to 24 months.

After my Tier 5 expires would I be eligible to apply for the settled status???

Thank you very much!
