EEA FP to EUSS pending traveling as non-EU without BRC

Deal all,
I came to UK with EEA FP a few days ago and currently applying for EUSS as non-EU unmarried partner. I do not have BRC and I am applying using my passport. My questions are:
1. To apply for EUSS, according to GOV.UK website, it seems like a relevant document like EEA FP is enough, do I need to provide additional documents, like residency proof, etc ? I do not have much as I just enter the UK a few days ago.
2. Can I travel outside UK using my passport while the application is pending? Cause I need to attend an exam in June.
3. If the answer for question 2 is yes. If my EUSS BRC is received, can I ask my partner to send it to me and then use it to enter the UK? As my EEA FP will expire when I reenter the UK.
