Hi. My friend who is french is in the uk with settled status. He wants me to complete and submit his fathers application for EUSS family permit online from the UK as his dad does not read or write and is currently in India. Is that ok or does the online form need to be completed from India??

Can UK immigration tell from which country the online form is completed and submitted from??
