Hi members .

Thanks to the mods and members for their replies.

My EEA(FP) from Netherlands was issued on 8 FEB . But i recieved my passport with vingnette on 25 Feb which is valid untill 08 Aug 2021.But according to HO website '' EEA family permits are usually valid for 6 months but they will not be valid after 30 June 2021, even if there is time left on the permit.''.This means we have to be in UK before 30 JUNE.

Q)Can i apply for pre-settled or settled status before the FP expires or do i need to wait untill it expires which is 30 JUNE 2021 ?

Q)Can i apply for pre-settled or settled status from Netherlands without travelling to UK as my doctor in Netherlands advised not to travel due to pregnancy ?

Q)If i have to travel to UK on EEA(FP) what are the documents i need to provide HO inorder to get pre-settled status.?

Not only you can, you are supposed to.
or do i need to wait untill it expires which is 30 JUNE 2021 ?
Not only you don't need to, you shouldn't.

You can start the application online abroad, but biometrics need to happen inside the UK, so appointments are only offered in the UK. Since the application is considered submitted only after your biometrics are taken, then answer is no, you cannot submit an application abroad. Also, to be eligible to the Settlement Scheme you need to arrive in the UK before June 30th anyway.
Q)If i have to travel to UK on EEA(FP) what are the documents i need to provide HO inorder to get pre-settled status.?
Pretty much the same that you presented to get the FP+proof of your residence in the UK (best is proof of address, or bank account, or NINO; but I think as little as a scan of the page on your passport with a stamp on it, or copy of the used boarding pass might do. See the full list here, page 178): the point is to prove that you are still the family member, plus proof that you are in the UK before June 30th. Hence why trying to apply abroad won't work.
