hello Everyone, I need some information plz, I m going to apply EUSS Family permit for my mother in law from Pakistan.

so question is

if I submit application before 30 June and biometric date we get after 30 June still application will be valid?
or biometric have to be done before 30 June ? thank you

If you have settled or pre-settled status and lived in the UK before 31 Dec 2020, you can apply for a EUSS family permit for your mother from Pakistan at any time. The 30 June deadline does not apply.

You will need to prove your relationship existed before 31 Dec 2020 - in your case, you can prove that with your birth certificate showing your mom's name.

EUSS family permits are typically issued for a 4 or 6 month duration based on your mom's travel dates.

Once in the UK, she will have 3 months from date of entry to apply for pre-settled status.

The deadline applies if the intention is to avoid showing proof of dependency. After June 30th they can still apply, but dependency is no longer assumed, and they need to submit proof.
