Hi,

I applied for EU settlement scheme on 10/11/2020 but my application refused and be given right of admin review which I made on 28/04/2021 after that’s it’s been two and half months now I did not receive any response, any idea how long an admin review can take ? Plz help

These days home office seems to be very busy with shortage of staff. My solicitor applied for an admin review 4 months ago and till now they have not heard anything. I assume its due to Covid and lack of staff there is a delay.
