Hello,
Does anybody tried to apply for Eu Settlement Scheme after 31.12.2020? I am married with an argentinian girl and i want to bring her in UK. We married this year in July. We married in Buenos Aires. I want to bring her in UK as my familly member. I know the deadline for EU Settlement Scheme was 31.12.2020 but i am read on gov.uk that we can still apply for EU Settlement Scheme even if we passed the deadline, if we have strong proofs that our relationahip is genuine. Also we werent able to get married before 31.12.2020 due to Covid. Has anybody tried and got accepted?
What are the chances of getting accepted?
Spouse visa is very expensive and it takes alot of time to wait.

Sorry, i meant to say EU Fammily Permit, not EU Settlement.

You need to either prove that the relationship began before December 31 2020 or you need to apply for a spouse visa instead
