Hi Guys,

Application submitted: 22nd April
Biometrics: 9th May
COA received: 9th May

We sent across our Civil partnership certificate as we received this after the submission of the application. And today we received a royal mail post from HO with the documents which we sent.

Questions :

- Documents sent back but no correspondence letter with it? (Is that normal?)
- Is that a sign that the application finally progressed and is being assessed by the caseworker?

Regards,

Hi. Yes to both. You normally get a formal letter or phone call from the caseworker if they need anything else. Since you sent that unsolicited it is quite normal to get it back like that.
