This forum has been of immense help to me through this journey and I’m alway grateful for the prospective responses I get .

I would like to know how much it cost for the spouse of an EEA member country to get indefinite leave to remain. Please bear in mind the spouse is from a non EEA country.

What is non EU spouse immigration status in the UK?

What is your nationality and immigration status?

Apologies I should have stated I was asking for a friend. He holds a Spanish passport and his wife is Nigeria but she is due for indefinite after exhausting her initial 5years spousal visa. What he wants to know is the cost for her IDL application if any.

What "spouse visa" category exactly does she hold? There are many different categories.

He holds a Spanish passport and he applied for her to join him five years ago from here in the uk.

Does he hold settled status or ore settled status??

so sorry but he is just not able to register as he wouldn’t know where to start. I will have to go ask him what exactly he holds.
