EEA residence permit after divorce

I guys need some help I have EEA residence permit which i got after divorce from my ex wife she was European national and iam from non eu countries and the permit is expiring in 2028 so did I still have to apply for Europe scheme I need suggestions

If it is an
EEA residence permit and not an
EUSS residence permit, then yes.
The deadline for applying for the EUSS was 30th June 2021. Your legal residence in the UK currently may have ended on that date if you have not already applied for an EUSS residence permit.
