Validity of BRP: 31 December 2024

We received a settled status BRP, which is valid only until 31 December 2024. Why it is not valid for 10 years as some other BRPs received by other family members. Is it something I need to report to HO to rectify?

Did you read the accompanying letter on which BRP was attached in full speacially the last part ?
