EU citizen with UK Settled Status - Want Parents to join in the UK

Good morning everyone,
I have a friend, he is a EU citizen, who have lived and working in the UK, he have got the Settle Status through the Settlement Scheme.
His parents are currently still in EU (with no other family members there), so he would like them to join him and settle in the UK, they are both over 65 years old.
Could anyone on the forum could advice on what he requirement and path he need to do?
