I have been living with my partner, an EU national with pre-settled status) for more than 2.5 years, my visa app was previously rejected. I asked home office to reconsider and they asked for more explanation. IN May 2021 I submitted bank statements to prove we live together. Waiting for decision since then. Homeofice replied when MP's office enquired that these type of apps have no time scale. Would I get any visa to continue.

You have made an application for FLR(LR) and not an application as the unmarried partner of an EU citizen so will not be considered under this route unless you had applied for it.
