Hello All,

I am a recent legal adviser in london and had some clients apply for EUSS Family Permit as dependent parents of EEA Citizen. Their application has been rejected and I was wondering wether they have to appeal to the court or if they can also apply for administrative review.

They have to appeal ot put in a new application, there is no administrative review for euss family permit... The process you have to follow is on the refusal letter they received.
