1) what is the process of applying for Pre-settled status?

2) what documents do they need?

3) have they made the required changes in the appendix EU?

The point being, if you have specific questions about your own circumstances, keep it in your own thread. There are more than enough general, long running, never ending topics to moderate. We don't need another one please.
