My friend has pre settled status in the UK.His spouse and children are in Italy and holding Italian passports.
Being EU nationals family members can visit UK.Can they apply for EUSS as a family member of EU national who is holding pre settled status

if family visit UK on their passports and then try to apply from inside uk will it work?
