I was married for 6yrs, I decided to spouse my wife and kid Entrance clearance visa to joint me in UK, when my wife arrived in UK. after 7 months she divorced me and toke away my kid to an unknown location. Now I have a partner we been together for 3 yrs , it's possible for me to apply for a family visa for her to visit me in the UK.

A family visa is not a visit visa. As Obie has mentioned above, to sponsor her on a family visa, you need to be divorced from your current spouse.
