Two valid simultaneous applications

Hi everyone, I need a bit of assistance on the rules regarding having two applications with the UKVI please.
I am currently on FLR FM 10 years partner route, and about to switch to the 5 year route. However, I have a pending application for a settled status under the Settlement scheme.
I would like to know whether my EU Settlement scheme application could be invalidated by submitting an FLR FM application? Does anyone knows this please? Also my settlement scheme claim is not a Zambrano claim.
