5 years married to a dual national.

Just wondering if anyone has experience in sending the Lounes form without the ex original id(i only have a copy and UAN number) and payslips?

My ex is refusing to help me with any of her docs and we are not divorced yet.

What are the chances of success? Or should i apply after i get divorced?

If they saw it before and have copies on file, that should not be a problem.
Pre brexit case laws are applicable. The question is whether you can prove his or her continuous residence in the UK, over the relevant period.
