Hi All,

I am an Italian citizen and my wife came to this country from Pakistan on 21/01/2018 as EEA FP. She got BRC on 15/06/2018 expiring date of 07/06/2023.she got pre-settled status on 14/08/2019 and after that, she got settled status on 03/03/2023. Her BRC expires on 07/06/2023 shell we need to apply for a new BRC? we must have to apply? Or she can apply for British nationality next year after one year of settled status? She is not going to travel anywhere.

A replacement BRC is ONLY needed if she wants to travel. See: https://www.gov.uk/uk-residence-card/replace
A new BRC is NOT needed for any other purpose, like proving her right to work or applying to naturalise as British.
