Dear Sirs,
I have a query if someone can please help me with this .
I am a naturalised British citizen and my parents are here on pre settled status under euss due to my marriage with an eu national .
Me and my spouse been married for 9 years and lived all this time in uk . We are now separated .
My parents have lived here nearly 2 years.
Are they eligible for retained rights when my divorce will happen next month

If you've been married 3 years and more and have both lived in the UK for at least, 1 year and living in the UK when the divorce happened then yes your parents can apply for retained rights. Good luck.
