Hi All,

Would you please let me know your thoughts if a:

- EU pre-settled mum of a British born
- Resident in the UK since 03/2020 (4 years)

Can apply for either the settled or naturalisation earlier?

You need to wait five years from when you started living in the UK so you will be eligible for settled status in March 2025. You can't apply for citizenship without settled status.
