Hi everyone, please help i am confused.

I am non eea married to my eea wife. We have a son together who is 6yrs. Me and her have gotten our settled status(ILR). And our son has British passport.

I want to apply family permit for my mum who lives in non EEA country to come join us via Eu Family permit. Is this possible?

Who will be her sponsor in the application. Me or my eea wife?

Thank you 🙏🏾

Brexit happened 4 years ago. You can't bring your parents or siblings here anymore. If you moved to an EU country, then you have a chance. Not here in the UK.

Your EEA wife doesn't have more rights than a Britisih citizen in this regards anymore. Even if she was British, she couldn't do it.

Your EEA wife is a 3rd country national like you.
