Is the EU Settlement Scheme family permit application suitable for a parent (mother) who is young (55 years) but have been diagnosed with early stages of Dementia, used to live along in a property I own but now living with my grandmother who is over 80 and very sick. Has not other relatives and her 2 children have EU Settlement in UK. they send small amounts of money every month to help her and plan to bring her to UK to look after her.
