My Egyptian mum received her EEA family permit visa on my European X wife's sponsorship on the 04/03/2020.

Her residence card and acceptance letter for her presettled letter issued on 27/09/2020 so the expiry date is 28/09/2025.

*She entered UK first time on 22/07/2020 lived in the UK till 07/03/2021.
*Then entered UK 2nd time on 03/10/2021 lived in the UK till 25/09/2022.
*Then entered UK 3rd time on 20/11/2023 lived in the UK till 02/07/2024.
*Planning to re-enter 4th time on 22/03/2025 till she apply for settled status, extend the pre-settled status or apply for a new one depending on your advices and guidance on this post.

So now depending on my calculations which may be not accurate, she spent on

2020 4 months & 8 days
2021 5 months & 4 days
2022 9 months & 25 days
2023 1 month & 10 days
2024 7 months & 2 days
2025 hopefully more than 6 months

*2021 is missing less than a month to complete the 6 months continues residence in the UK because of COVID lockdown which ended in the UK August 2021 and she is vulnerable.

*2023 is all missed but in August 2023 She fall when she was back home and had an operation and did her therapy here in the uk after entering to the UK on 20/11/2023 then fall back here in the UK and fractured her same arm which delayed her therapy. Till now her hand and arm is partially disabled.

Note:
My mum received her EEA family permit visa as we mentioned to the home office that she is old and ill and needs healthcare and attached a document saying all her illnesses including diabetes, hypertension, Parkinson's, cholesterol, heart diseases.

Please i have this enquiry

1. Will she be eligible for settled status? If not what is the best path we can go for and when should we apply?

I'm divorced from my mum's sponsor on 2023 but I have a UK settled status since 2022 and received my Hungarian nationality on 2022.

Sorry for all these details but tried to let you know all the situation.

Thank you in advance
