After 7 years in UK I have married to an EEA but i am not from EEA.
UK Border Agency has sent me ‘Residence Documentation’ on the A4 paper because I had not passport to show them. It is valid for 5 years.
I have got it since Sep.2009.

Now, can I apply to receive British Passport?

regards.

Only British nationals are entitled to receive a British passport.

You will be a British citizen if you naturalise. You may apply to do this six years after your marriage to the EEA national, provided you both reside in the UK in accordance with the provisions of Directive 2004/38/EC during this time.
