Does anyone have a contact number that actually connects to someone at the UK BA? (re. Residence Card processing/EEA2)

(Is it still in Liverpool or has it moved to Croydon).

The number I have seems to be a general decoy to make people give up sitting on hold!

Are you calling 0845 010 5200? It takes ages to get through but you need to insist. Late is usually easier. (try this number as well...0151 672 5626)

from 16 November the opening time for the EEA residency enquiry line will be 0900 - 1700

You can try to e-mail. Mention on the subject that is urgent.

The applications need to be sent to Liverpool although I'm not sure where the call centre is based.
