I am an American on an EEA visa (living in the UK). A year ago, I got divorced. I would like to get my maiden name back. I know how I can change my name on my passport but I am concerned about my visa. How do I go about changing my name on my EEA visa?

If you have retained ur right of residence after divorce (by living with ur ex for 3 years and one of which must be in uk while ur ex was exercising treaty rights) then u can apply for retention of right of residence and ask them to change ur name in new residence card .
