has anybody had their eea4 PR after divorce?

If so what was the procedure and also did you go through a lawyer to get it. How much were you charged?

You need to prove that you retained your residence rights.

Do a search on Retention of Residence Rights.

In short you need to have been married for 3 years before divorce proceedings were initiated and have lived together for 12 months in the UK. You need to show your partner was excercising treaty rights before divorce.

They often ask for your partner's passport or national ID.

I wouldn't consider this type of application as straightforward. You might want to seek help of reputable immigration adviser.
