MY Question is this.

When I can apply for EEA4 PR? from the date which i received EEA residence card or from the date of marriage?

what does the EU law says about 5 years ?

Many thanks

Hi Ali,

You won't able to apply for PR yet not until Sept 2017 when your marriage clock 5 years. Not from the date of your RC was issued.

Thanks for your useful information.

We have proof from bank statement and got married in month of Sep 2012 and BT bills in her name Unfortunately that company she was started her job was dissolved in may 2013 after that we don't have any proof of her employment .

Proof that she is living here in UK since June 2012 we have a lot, Proof of residing in UK of EU national support to apply for EEA4 PR?

Are you saying someone with EEA PR Or RC can go through the EU PAssport holders queue??????

Sure of this claim??

Passport shouldn't be stamped , Eventhougg it doesn't really cause any issues. The staff clearly doesn't know the stamp wasn't required.

With EEA2 stamp and EEA PR you can queue in EU passport line or in non EEA line if you want. I had the same experience when I had my EEA2 stamp and was advised by the immigration officer that I could queue in EU passport lines too with EEA2 and EEA PR. So I just used go to the faster lane, to the amusement of the officers hehe. Handy. ;-) . By the way, I was still asked questions sometimes and my passport was stamped some days and not stamped on other days. So it is totally random.

Just got my Permanent Residence Document today, February 3rd. Home Office received my EEA4 application on Sept. 26th, 2014 and I received my COA (dated Oct.13th) on Oct. 16.

Good luck to everyone!

Hello

We applied for EEA3 & EEA4 - 12/01/15.
EEA4 confirmation letter received after one week
EEA4 COA received in couple of weeks

Then yesterday we received EEA3 & EEA4 confirmation letters again.
What did HO send us same letter twice? Is that bad or good sign?

Hello.

I've received a confirmation letter twice as well :-/

I' ve applied for the PR for a non EEA family member of an EEA citizen residing in the UK permanently, submitting all the documents at 21/1/15, received by HO at the following day. (still the previous EEA 4 form at that time)

I've received exactly the same confirmation letter twice since then.

Hi Manijee,,
you can only apply for EEA4 when you have completed 5 years as an EEA family member( according to Visa dates), although you are living with your wife since 2009, but HO will not consider it. Thus you can only apply 28 days before your EEA Family Member Visa expires.
Secondly if you have few bills for few years that will be ok, or ultimately you can call your billing companies to reprint your old bills as I did the same and all the utility companies sent me my old dated bills.
If you have lost the WRC then write in the application that you have lost it, I don't think that this would be a problem.

hello all.

can any one on here help me out please.
i have sent my EEA4 application on the 21/11/2014. i got the certificate of application and my work place asked me to submit my document so i gave them that letter from the home office. but they said i should give them the passport with the permanent stamp on it. witch i'm still waiting for.
my question is: can i call the home office now after 3 month waiting and tell them that my employer asking for the residence proof. or shall i wait more. in case that will delay my application

thanks guys

Dear forum members,

First of all thank you moderators and members of this forum for the outstanding help and support we all receive here!
I'm in the process of completing new PR form and would really appreciate if someone could answer my question.
In the form its asking for the WSR registration, but the problem is my ex-wife (thank God she's cooperating with me to some extent) cannot find it.

I secured my RoR last year.

I need to add that my ex has been self-employed throughout our marriage and provided me with Tax Returns, NIC prayments statement, copies of the invoices, some business cards and bank statement where she was depositing her income.

If I send the application and supporting documents without WRS, do you think it will be a reason for refusal?

Self employed person doesn't need WRS .

Suprised about what? Read the form in front of you. If your ex was self employed U should have known that WRS is only for employees not self employed person. :)

Jgorf, I'm not self-employed myself, so I didn't know that :) to be honest

But thanks for clearing that for me!

this new form is a bit complicated to be honest,
Still trying to get my head around it.

Another question, If I may ask...
About the time outside the country.

I'm not sure if I remember the exact dates when myself and my ex were away. And for obviously don;t want to provide incorrect information about those dates. What can I do in this case? Can just mention months or maybe put the small note, that the date are approximate?
