With grace of Almighty God received my PR today..
So relaxed and relieved.
It took almost 5months.
Thanks everyone here for help and support.
Good luck for all who are waiting.
Furthermore,have a question here
PR sticker is on passport and 3 letters from HO.
1-addressed to my name(said ROR granted(as applied on ROR basis but never applied ROR).
2-general letter about PR(rights of PR)holder etc
3-letter from case worker for feedback..
Is this normal for every one.
As in ROR letter it said I have to qualify treaty rights as were an EEA national.A bit confused as I believe after PR do not need to any more....

I really need help and advice from all the great members of the forum.

I have applied for Naturalization since September 2014....case (Ex eea family member with ROR) 6years P60 without PR , after waiting for almost 6 months
In February 2015 I receive a letter asking me to wait for another 3/6 months,

After that in 02/04/15 original passport requested by casework I send it straight away, then I waited for 2 month no reply I decided to call OH for an update but I was told decision have not been made yet but say they would make a decision soon. After that I decided to request for my passport because a new company has take over my work place in order to continue my employment with them they need my passport ,
01/06/15 I made online request for my passport to be return back.

Yesterday receive a letter requesting me to attend an interview in Liverpool and stating they don't need any documents at the interview ....

please has any members recently have the same experience of Naturalization/ Citizenship interview what are the questions they normally ask...... Any experience please, and would they still return my passport before the interview date or not because I really need it for my new job.

Best regards,
Don't worry for this interview call..As I believe this is just a formality.
And this interview will be a sandwich for you...
Regarding questions,,,I think they may ask you about your previous relationship and your current situation..Or they may ask you for some clarifications in your documents.
I did the same few years back but there was no interview at the time.

@ imshzd, thanks very much for your reply now I understand because I was surprised befor, 1more question would they still returned my passport before the interview date

@zizo8383
Did they not tell you the reason for giving you another residence card instead of PR? what was stated in the letter that came with your RC?
It sounds like there were some evidence of treaty rights missing or something like that.

Dear Members

I was going through today application for naturalisation booklet form I am confused what did theysaid in that fomr if any one can help me out

I am(Non EEA ) married in July 2010 got EEA2 in Nov 2010
My EEA2 residence card expires in Nov 2015

July 2015 5Years Marriage completed ( Exercising Treaty rights employed)

so my question is do I need to Apply EEA 4 or application for naturalisation( British Citizen )???

Pleae read this information which is in application for naturalisation booklet

6. EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA NATIONALS AND SWISS NATIONALS
This section covers you if the country to which you belong is part of the European Economic
Area or Switzerland.
New immigration regulations came into force on 30 April 2006. If you are a national of a
country which is a member state of the EEA or Switzerland, or the family member of such a
person, you will automatically have permanent residence status after exercising EEA free
movement rights in the UK for any continuous period of 5 years ending on or after 30 April
2006, and therefore will not have to apply for indefinite leave to remain. But remember that,
unless married to or the civil partner of a British citizen, you should normally have held
permanent resident status for 12 months before applying for naturalisation. This means that
you may need to wait until you have been in the United Kingdom for 6 years before you can
apply.

Please any one can help me

you are not "EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA NATIONALS AND SWISS NATIONALS", you are only a family member.

you need to complete your EEA process to be free from immigration control. that includes EEA2 and EEA4

How can you think of such a thing? That’s means you have more than one passport then?
Just wait for the outcome of the EEA4

Hello, everyone.

I received my PR yesterday(11/06/15).

21/01 : My EEA4 application with related documents were sent by recorded delivery.
22/01 : The application was received by HO.
about a week later : Received a confirmation letter
about a week later : Received a COA.
sometime later : Received exactly the same COA again.
March : Requested my passport back and received.
April : Traveled abroad about a week.
11/06 : PR arrived.

Documents I send with the EEA4 app are;

#EEA husband's ID card issued in his country
#His PR
#My passport
#Marriage certificate
#Proofs of living together over 5 years(bank statements and the council tax demand notice)

I was waiting for the PR less than 5 months and It's shorter than 5 years ago when I applied for the RC.
I got my passport returned 5 years ago as well, and I was waiting for the RC exactly for 6months.
As I requested my passport back while the application was on the process, the PR is a sticker just on a A4 paper, same as my RC. I have to be aware not to lose my PR  (I lost my RC last February :? )
