Hi guys,
anyone has an experience or can suggest when is the best time to send an application to UKBA for EEA4.
5 years after the exercising the treaty rights or 28 days before?
Any opinion or experience would be highly appreciated.

28 days rule doesn't apply to EU applications.

You can post it any time you want that 28 days rule is not applicable to eu applications.

My 5 year period finished 28-th of May, what is the earliest day I can post my application?
