How long has your husband been in employment in the UK before he lost the job.
If he had a job for more than six months and apply/register as a job seeker with the Jobcentre, the application will be refused and an appeal will be upheld.

It is likely that you will not receive your passport until you are on the plane. I was detained on entry to the UK and the ECO told me the procedure as follows:

1. You are told you need to leave the UK by X date
2. You can either leave voluntarily, or be deported. If you leave voluntarily, you pay for your flight and you may have a better chance of coming back to the UK in the future.
3. You are met at the airport and escorted through check in, border control and onto the plane.
4. Your passport is given to a flight attendant who then gives it to you when the plane is in the air.

So your husband's economically self-sufficient and, as a couple, you both rely on your income, correct?

Get comprehensive sickness insurance cover for the both of you, inform the UKBA, you will receive your Residence Card.

thank you.Yes i only the one working now.You meen if we do sickness cover for us both we still can have Residence card???
But they refuse my application because he is not qualified person .Regulation 6 of the Immigration Regulations 2006.
If he start work now and we can proved we only hopping receive Residency Stamp(FMRS).

thank you

If your wages are enough to support the both of you, and provided that you both have comprehensive sickness insurance cover, your husband is a qualified person and you are entitled to a Residence Card.

Whilst I am not of that persuasion..

Yes, you appear to qualify. Contact the UKBA and tell them you want to withdraw your current application and submit a new one.

Sorry, little not understand we have been refused and receive form for appeal I fill that form and send out. How can we do another one??? We can do again for EEA1(my husband have his passport) but my EEA2 -we send form for appeal.( my passport still in HO).
SO...what is the best to do???? Wait for Tribunal and then tell them hi is self-sufficient or what??? Fill another EEA1 and EEA2 without my passport???
Did I have to contact Tribunal ??? or UKBA????

Sorry about my spellings.....
THANK YOU
