Hi,
Just about to fill the EEA2 application form for my husband, he is here on a FP for nearly 6 months. I'm EEA, He is non EEA. Any idea if there's something tricky about the 'date last entered the UK' ? We have been in and out in the 3 months since we moved over here. Should our dates of entrance match?
Thanks.

I've really no idea why this question is on the application form. It is just a symptom of the apparently irresistable drive of the UK government to spy on ordinary citizens.
In any case this information is totally irrelevant to the decision making process. There is nothing in the European Directive 2004/38 or the UK Immigration Rules (EEA 2006) or the ECI (European Casework Instructions) that refers to this question.
Thank You!

You could try leaving it out but I wouldn't be surprised if they'll send your application back.

It's just the last time(date) you entered UK. That's it.

I beleive the date of last entry into the UK is what is required I dont think it will affect the application except if the wrong date is given as the UKBA do have the immigration history in their system
