Hello Mates,

I applied for the EEA2 Residence Card for myself, wife and my two children and am the primary applicant and they refuse mine on the ground that l did not submit

A marriage certificate/ birth Certificate/ Civil partnership certificate

After paying him lot [lawyer], he still want me to pay more than what he initially ask from me before he can write for reconsideration to the HO. but looking at what is on ground l don,t have that kind of money to pay him now and l only have some days before their 28 days deadline that they give me to leave UK.

My wife and two children has been granted their RC already.

l need your advice to know if l can should send in an application for reconsideration myself.

My wife and two children has been granted their RC already. Its surprising that the home office refuse you a RC and grant it to your wife and two children and you are the principal applicant, on what grand that the RC is issued to your wife and children, since you are the one that is related to the EU citizen (sponsor) you should be granted first. But since your wife and children has been granted the home office cant expect you to leave uk within 28days, you have good case with the home office.
