Hi
I was wondering if anyone could help me. My husband came here in 2005 as a family member of an eea national. This stamp expires in his passport at the end of this yr but in August he has been living here 5yrs, and will therefore apply for his pr this yr.
We are in the process of applying for a mortgage and it has all been passed but they have asked for his passport and as the visa expires later this yr im just worried they wont give it to us.
Is there anything we could do or show them that he wont be going anywhere at the end of this year, and will continue living here?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Hayley
