Sep 2005:My Greek Husband & I have got married.I was holding a student visa till
March 2006: We applied EEA1&EEA2,I'd got residence card till Oct 2006.(As my husband's study ended in Oct 2006)
Sep 2006 :We both applied the EEA3(him) and EEA2(me)
May 2007:He's got his PR, and I've got 5-yr residence card till May 2012.

What I am confused is that
by Sep 2010 we've married for 5 yrs,he has been exercise his treaty right since 2000, as he's got his PR in 2007. But I didn't get my first residence card till March 2006.So should I apply for PR from Sep 2010 or march 2011?

I've checked the form that it doesn't need any of prove of what I am doing in the last 5 year, only his proof that he has been exercising his treaty right, is that correct?We've only opened a joint bank account in June 2009, so before that date, what do we need to prove that we have been living together?We have been moving 4 times since we've been married.

Btw, do I need to pass this life in UK test?Has this test got an expried date after you took it?

That's not a problem, so long as you can prove that you have been resident together in the UK.

About your questions: Do you have anything at all in each of your names at the addresses?

We've each got some seperated mobile phone bills and some bank statements before June 2009, but those didn't cover every single month since Sep2005. Do we need to provide bills of every month from each of us for the last 5 years to prove we've been living together?
