Ruling against home office with £27,000 judgement

If you read the ruling itself (Muuse v Secretary of State for the Home Department [2010] EWCA Civ 453), it is very clear that this judgment is made because he is a citizen of an EU country. (The same protections apply for family member of EU citizens who are in the UK.)
