Travel document for my daughter (father is EEA)

Dear all,

I would be very grateful if someone can give a solution to my problem.
I have been working in the UK since February 2004. From February 2004 until 13/07/2005 I have been working as Moroccan. Since 13/07/2005 until now I have been working as Belgian since I got my Belgian citizenship on 13/07/2005. My wife arrived in the UK in 2007 and have been granted the 5 years residence as a family member of an EEA national.

We have a daughter born in the UK on 25/12/2009 (5 months ago). Unfortunately, she doesn't have automatically the British citizenship since I have been exercizing my treaty right as EEA for less than 5 years when she was born (from 13/07/2005 until 25/12/2009 = 4 years and few months). on 13/07/2010 I am expecting to have an automatic ILR (indefinite leave to remain) since I will reach 5 years treaty rights as an EEA in the UK.

The problem is that we want to travel to Morocco and my daughter has no document to travel with us. The only document she got is her birth certificate. Do you know if there is any quick way to get her any document in order to be able to travel with us to Morocco before 10/07/2010 which is the begining of my annual leave. I would really appreciate any solution we are very frustrated.

Best

Many thanks for the reply . Yes she can get a Belgian passeport automatically. The Belgian embassy sent me a form to fill in order to ask the Belgian citizesnhip for her. The problem with this procedure is that it take almost 6 months and as I said in my previous post we need to go for holliday in 10/07/2010

Unfortunately, I dont think she can get any UK travel documents. You can explore the possibilty of getting her travel documents from her mothers country.

Thank you for reading my querry and taking the time to answer.
I have an idea but I do not know whether it is a good one or not.
If we manage to get her a Moroccan passeport, we can then travel all together to Morocco the 10/07/2010. Once in Morocco, I will apply for a VISA for my daughter as a family member of an EEA national. Do you think this will work?
PS: I am not interested in giving her a British citizenship since she will have her Belgian citizenship automatically in 6 months. What is more important for us is to travel together the 10/07/2010 and get back to UK one month after and have our deserved holliday.

Thank you very much
