I have been told by WorldBridge and UK Border Agency that non-EEA nationals are able to study with a EEA Family Permit.

Does anyone know where I can find information about that on an official document?

I only states "live and work".

Thanks for you help

I think it is as simple as this. The EEA Family Permit confirms that the holder is a family member of an EEA citizen who is exercising Treaty Rights in the UK. Further, it confirms that the non-EEA person holding the EEA Family Permit is also entitled to exercise Treaty Rights in the UK.

Those Treaty Rights include the ability to be a student! Simple as that!
