BABY BORN OUTSIDE UK FOR EEA FATHER

Hi,

I had baby born outside uk for an EEA Father got back in uk with the baby with entry clearance.

Baby already in the system now get child benefit, and other entilements

What nationality will the baby claim

Will the baby need to naturalisation to british.

Any advise

Baby can probably claim parents' nationalities, depending on their laws. Baby may register as British, when eligible.

What is your citizenship (I assume you are the mother)? What is the citizenship of the father? Where was the baby born? Where do you each live now?

MOTHER NATIONALITY; NIGERIAN

FATHER FRENCH

Since the baby was not born in the UK and neither of the parents is British, then Naturalization is the only option for British citizenship that I am aware of.

I assume the child already has a French and Nigerian passport?
