My wife is EEA Member and I am Not EEA member but I Have the REsident Card,

First Question:

in Section 2 in EEA3 Form they asked Her to write all the family member Details, will it include me(Husband) if I am not EEA Member?

Second Question is:

my wife is EEA Member been here in UK working Since Jun 2005 and She has all the Payslips Since She Started Work, is She qualified now for Permanent Resident?

How long have you both been married and residing in the UK for?

Your wife may be eligible for PR... If you are as well then you will need to use a separate form - EEA4.
