It sounds like you have been issued with an EEA Family Permit and that permits you to move to the UK to exercise Treaty Rights, because your wife is/will be exercising Treaty Rights in the UK. Those Treaty Rights include the ability to work.
British Citizenship? That is years away. You would probably need to be living in the UK for at least 6 years before being eligible to apply for Naturalisation. But your wife? How long has she been living in the UK?

Rights with a family permit.
Unfortunately,
284(i) prevents you from
switching to FLR(M) after your wife is
naturalised.

That is an EEA Family Permit. After you come to the UK, and after it is clear that your EEA spouse is exercising Treaty Rights in the UK, such as by being employed, you need to use form EEA2 to apply for a 5-year Residence Card. It is not necessary to wait until near the end of the 6 months.

1. Yes
2. Yes, after when it's clear treaty rights are being exercised and can be proved, ie after a reasonable period of time not like one week.
3. Yes, eventually - delays receiving the RC are huge but improving.
4. Ok.
5. Yes, but it's not free, any time under EEA rules will be lost and it will cost about £3000 for all visas to Naturalisation that way.

thx Wanderer
I've read that the eea2 visa takes 6 and 7 months it s a long period and i will be without passport me and my wife all this period !!!!
now i have my vaf5 for 6 months and my wife can have the uk nationality in some weeks bcz she have everything and 7 years work in uk .
i think it s better for me to apply directly for settlement husband from uk when she will have uk nationality.
my questions
1- she have Finnish nationality , how long it will take to have her uk nationality ?
2- After i can apply for settlement husband directly or i need to be more than 6 month in uk ?
Plz what s the best situation if i want choose this way ( vaf5 after my wife have uk nationality after i apply for settlement husband )??????

No. However,
you may
apply for a
spouse visa from
outside the UK. Subject to
maintenance and accommodation requirements.
