marriage interview

please am confused me and husband was invited for marriage interview next week.but i got a call from my solicitor this morning telling me that they cancelled the interview,she said home office called on phone.no letter issued yet for the cancellation.please can someone advise,cos i want to attend on that date with my husband.am eea national and my husabnd is non eea.we applied for residence card.

Try calling the HO yourself and try to get a written confirmation for the same. It could be possible that the HO changed their mind and dont want to interview now. get in touch with them directly and clear this out.

You should try @ all costs to get a written confirmation from them. UKBA could be funny sometimes,so It's better to play safe with them.
Don't just rely on your Solicitor... make your own contacts if need be.

my solicitor call ukba in my presence it has been confirm and they give us ref no they used to cancelled the interview we were told they ve review alot of cases and find out that no need for interview.but am still confused has anyone be in in the same position.
