UNDERCONSEDIRATION AND WAITING DECISION

hello there
i did apply for pr on 01/04/2010
recived confrmation letter on the 14/05/2010
call the home office on the 20/08/2010
wating consediration
called agian one week later told my case was under consediration !!!
call agian round 10 /09/2010 been told case with case team workeand it shouldnt be to long now !!
call yesterday still waiting consediration !!!!!???????? geting made by those answers is been 5months and 3 weeks and 1 day since i send my case ,geting maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaddddddd
any one have any news recently

You are lucking, at least under consideration.
I sent smilar day like u, but still wait to be allocated to case worker.
I called every month, same situation.
What shall I do?

hello there
again call today ho asked for prograss been told that my case is not looked at yet !!!!!! and b4 3 times colled been told three diffrent answers
1) underconsideration
2)waiting dicision wont be long now
3)on going wating consideration
4) today not looked at yet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats mean no one knows whtas hes talking about i m sure
any news in the last month or the same experince

it might be sensible to wait for 6 months before making a noise about processing times. the caseworkers work on a few applications at a time and the status is not always updated whjen you call. If they ask you to wait for 6 months then do that believe me its for a reason.
