Hello,

I applyed through eea1 application form for a registration. they sent me (in 2007) a blue folded card then i lost it in 2009 and till 2010 applied for benefits. now i wasnt sure which card i had so i requested my information under the data protection act from the home office. also i am due trying to start work as a carer however they need some kind of confirmation from the home office while the data they sent me says as i did not reply to their letter sent in 2009 they withrew my whole application. so now i am not sure if i am in trouble for applying for job seekers allowance for almost a year or now and i dont know now if its better for met to try to apply for i guess worker registration scheme throug the employer that has offered me a job or by writing to home office and asking to register again. in reality i have been in the country since 1997 as an asylum seaker with my mum and dad. i guess i will apply through the employer and i am wondering if it possible for the home office to find out that i claimed job seekers allowance for a year while my registration was withdrawn, its like i broke the treaty rights isnt it? what happens then, do they still deport people lol.

people help someone.

kindest regards.
