eea fp for my husband

Hi, I`m italian and i`m married with a moroccan citizen. we are lived in Italy until an amministration expulsion of my husband firmed by the interior minister(2003). actually I live in morocco with my family(3 italian children) but I want to go in uk. can my husband join me? wich are the requirements?

Depending on the reason of expulsion. It is very strange that someone has been expelled from italy while having an italian wife and 3 italian children

Unfortunately it was happend and my husband had never never committed any illegal act but the minister had perferred expulsion him with a semplicy suspects, isn`t that an injustice???
