Phone bills only evidence

Me and my partner started living together in her flat back in 2005,

She was shearing with some friends, the flat was quite small and had a signed tenancy agreement for one year.

I rented a small room close to her house for me to store my things and use as study room.

As the bills where included in both properties the only bill that I was receiving was my mobile bill and it was being delivered to the small room that I had rented.

As soon as her contract expired we moved to a bigger house where we have all utility bills on both our names.

So the only evidence in paper of being in a relationship that I have is the phone records, I will include in my cover letter explaining the situation that I have just summarized here.

I know that they require evidence of living together. I am hoping to hear from anyone that was in a similar situation what their experience was either positive or negative and comments/suggestions; To explore how lenient the Caseworkers are on this aspect.

I am applying for the EEA4 but comments with experience on any other applications is also very welcome.

Thanks, yes, I though about just giving it a shot, fingers cross :) I was hopping that someone with a similar situation will come forwards and share his/her good/bad experience.
