Evidence when submitting RC

Hello.
Evidence when submitting RC. Could someone please tell me if i need to submit bank statements when applying for a RC.Wife is a student,with a registration certificate and Comprehensive Health insurance.Was wondering if i need to put the bank statement and any other relevant information i might have missed.
