Hi. Would highly appreciate if someone could advise on following.

i need some help about my wife s eea4 application. i m from slovakia and i have been here since 2004 and working till now and i got ILR throw eea3. we got married feb 2006 and apply for eea2 for my wife and obtained her Residence Card valid Untill 19 Nov 2011. my wife working full time since Sep 15 2006
My question is

(a) Do i have to send eea4 on feb on marraied base
or
(B) Do i have to wait till sep 2011 as work 5 year

i think you can apply in February

you can apply for EEA 4 after 5 years of Marriage in your case that would be Feb 2011.

Rohandaman,

Considering that you have received your ILR ( through exercising your treaty rights here) your wife needs to prove 5 years of 'living together' with you. If you have been living together before marriage, remember that time could also be counted towards that, so if you can't prove living together( through bills, joint statements etc) you may NEED to wait till feb 2011.
